This is a detail from the railing in the Belgian Center For Comic Strips in Brussels. It was a public building and I just walked on in and just about gasped out loud by the beautiful ornate ironwork decorating the inside of the building.

By the way did you know that Brussels, is also know for being the birth pace of the Smurfs?.
