cleaning the gutters

A year's worth of wheat, dairy and sugar clogging my vital organs and arteries is about to get vacummed out. Vacummed out? Maybe rinsed out? Dispersed in some manner, yes. It's that time of year again when I decide to change the oil. This time I won't be chronicalling each day like a dietary diary though. But I do need to rave that today I was able to successfully maneover my way around a box of Krispy Kreme donuts that arrived in the office*. Nice front page on the donut site...Really? who do they think they are kidding?

*just so no one gets any bizarre visual of me sitting in a cubicle or "traditional" office setting, it's far from that. I sit at a desk, with a computer, near other people but everything else is probably a bit unusual, unconventional and I am unlikely to find it in any other work environment ever again.
