Interesting. I'm leaning towards the lower because of the chimney adds a balance to the corner bracket. I also enjoy the wires being more parallel to the roof. It's a tough call. Thanks for your imput.
I think I prefer the color balance in the top along with the power lines parrelling (top) instead of continuing the roof line (bottom). But I do like the chimney in the bottom.

hmm.. I vote for the top one.
I agree that the top image is stronger--a better composition.
