I got this great postcard about a week ago. Thanks to postcardX, I found a few addresses to send a few postcards from my favorite coffeeshop. I tried to find people who liked coffee and were far far away. I sent someone in South Africa one of those cards and I got this one back. Really lovely. Thanks Cuan for the snail mail. I hope you see this. I'll send you something again!

Just out of curiosity (and because I love postcards) do you think this is safe? I would love to join it but I would not want someone showing up at my door either....
I've been a member for 4 years now. I've never had a problem. I don't get involved in it and occassionally get wonderful postcards in the mail. I can't imagine what anybody could do if they showed up at my door, but I don't ever worry about it. I'd slam it pretty hard and call the cops, I guess.
I kind of see it as crossing the street to see something pretty. You take a risk that someone isn't going to be a jerk and not speed up their car when they see you.
